Abstract:
Locations and attribute data obtained from Wind Resource and Assessment Laboratory, Oregon State University. Map coverage created at NRIS. The raw data was collected in Montana by the Bureau of Reclamation and is available from the Energy Division at DNRC. Monitors collected either hourly measurements or "wind run" average monthly measurements (see TIME).
